Our Scrutiny Panel met on Tuesday to look at "First Contact Communications - what happens when you need to talk to Alpha about something". 

The session was really interactive and our residents made lots of great suggestions and recommendations. These will be pulled together into a report for further consideration, with feedback due to come back to the panel when it next meets in the New Year.
