Alpha is a Registered Provider of Social Housing, registered under number L1033 with the Regulator of Social Housing.
We have nearly 1000 homes located over 11 local authorities across the North of England, from the Wirral to Sheffield and Leeds, via Telford!
Our Board
Alpha has adopted the 2020 NHF Code of Governance and is governed by a Board of 11 Non Executive Directors who set the strategic direction of Alpha.
All our Board members are recruited on the basis of their skills and we are extremely proud to have 2 of all our residents sitting on the Board.

The Board undertakes several self-assessments over the year and is pleased to report that it is compliant with the Regulator's Governance and Financial Viability for the financial year 2025/26.
