We have nearly 1000 homes across the North of England with 26 developments across 11 Local Authorities from the Wirral to St Helens, across to Sheffields and Leeds and down as far as Telford. We offer a mixture of bedsits, 1-bed and 2-bedroom apartments.
528 of our homes are located on the Wirral, including our extra care development at Poppyfields which has 78 homes.
We specialise in providing sheltered and extra care accommodation for people aged 55 years and older. We believe in providing independence for our residents, with the safety net of help, if needed.
Residents are charged social or affordable rent, with a service charge which covers additional support.
Many of our developments have communal areas, indoors and out where you can meet other residents, as well as other amenities like a guest room, hairdresser, and library.
