Resident Engagement

Residents are at the heart of our services. Your feedback directly influences how we deliver and shape our services. 

To get involved, you can: 

• Join a regular Development meeting with your Alpha Development Manager 
• Join our Scrutiny Panel which meets approximately 6 weeks
• Respond to our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) survey. The collection for 2025-26 ended on 31 March 2026, and our results will be published soon. In the meantime, you can see the detail of our performance for 2024-25 here. We will be re-starting the surveys for 2026-27 soon. 
• Join our Resident Conference which is held at the same time as our Annual General Meeting. This year it is being held on Wednesday 16 September 2026. If you have not already confirmed your place, please do! We would love to meet you and it's a fantastic opportunity to meet residents from other developments as there are up to 200 Alpha residents who take part in the day. 
• You can speak to us in person, by either speaking to your Development Manager or contacting us directly. 

Our Housing Management Team, led by our Director of Operations Sarah, our Head of Housing Chloe, and our Case Manager Bernie visited all our managed developments and invited all residents to our Listening Sessions which were held during April and May 2026, and thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone. 

Feedback from those sessions is currently being pulled together and will be fed back to all individual developments towards the end of the summer. 

If you live at one of our non-managed developments look out for some correspondence from us asking for your opinion!
