Last week, we were delighted to visit some of our developments with some of our newly appointed Board members and co-opted members, including our Chair Kevin Willetts, Vice-Chair Tony Muir, and co-opted members Veronica Cuthbert and Alison Tattersall, who joined members of the management team on the stock tour.

We visited The Court in Bromborough, along with our developments at Naseby in Bury, Willow Court in Winsford, and Laurence Deacon Court in Birkenhead. Members were able to see the different types of homes which Alpha offer, with our residents very kindly showing us around, along with examples of recent investment in our properties including the installation of solar panels at Willow Court where residents are able to benefit from cheaper electricity tariffs depending on their usage.

Our members and management team thoroughly enjoyed meeting some of our residents and hearing their experiences of living at an Alpha property, including enjoying lunch and teas and coffees at Naseby and The Court.
