Best Older People’s Landlord 

Alpha was proud to win the UK Housing Award for Best Older People’s Landlord.

This Bill to strengthen tenants’ rights and bring forward strong consumer regulations is making its way through Parliament. The new guidance for the housing sector is expected to be published by Summer 2023.
