We are extremely proud of our colleague Jasmine, who manages our Greenside House development in Sheffield who has been selected to join Housing LIN's prestigious Future Leaders programme. 
 
This is a year's long programme for early-career professionals who have up to three years' experience in housing. The programme looks to develop the cohort's leadership skills and progress at the start of their leadership journey. 
 
The programme started in London last week. Chloe Brennan-Ward, our Head of Housing says "Jasmine has embraced the Future Leaders programme with real enthusiasm and dedication. She is a valued member of the team, and it's been great to see her grow in confidence and develop new skills through the programme. Opportunities like this not only support individual development but also strengthen our organisation by helping to build the next generation of leaders."
