The care element is procured by Wirral Council, and is delivered by Premier Care. 

In order to be considered for a property at Poppyfields, Wirral Council's Adult Central Advice and Duty Team (CADT) will need to carry out a care needs assessment and refer you to Alpha. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a property without going through this process. 

Poppyfields has a bistro which is open to the public and has a 5-Star food hygiene rating. There is also a wellness suite, a library, and a guest room. There is plenty of communal outdoors space, including an area where some of our residents grow vegetables. 

Poppyfields also has a dedicated mobility scooter storage area, where the charging facilities are restricted between 8pm and 8am.

The scheme is nearby to some local convenience shops, with a bigger supermarket being around a 5-minute drive. Poppyfields is also a short drive from Moreton, Upton, and West Kirby. The motorway is close by with easy access to the rest of the Wirral and Liverpool. 

There is a bus route on Saughall Massie Road.
