Oaklands is a three storey building with a lift to all floors including a Guest Room for visitors to stay, a laundry, and car parking bays. The communal lounge and conservatory is a lovely place for residents to meet and join in with the activities arranged. There is an active resident social group who plan and arrange many of the activities.

A short stroll away is Bromborough Train Station facilitating rail links to Chester, Birkenhead and Liverpool. Local shops are in close proximity with Bromborough Village and the Croft Retail Park only a short bus ride away.
