The communal lounge at Naseby Court has recently been refurbished and is lovely and bright, with direct access to a small communal kitchen.

The lounge has direct access and leads onto a terrace outside with space to sit, relax, and read a book. 

The main village of Prestwich is a 15-minute walk away, and there is also a tram link just 5 minutes walk away which will take you to all areas including Bury where you can visit the famous Bury Market with all its vibrant stores catering to all needs.

One of the development's main aims is to enable its residents to live a full and independent life in a happy and secure environment

Naseby has a small car park to the side of the scheme, and a laundry room. There is also a twin guest room on site, available for family and friends to use, subject to booking. The cost for the guest room is £10 for 1 person per night, and £15 for 2 people per night.
